Amrit Etwaroo wins Tam O’ Shanter Golf Championship in Canada
Rockland County, NY resident Amrit Etwaroo produced a brilliant second round of par 72 in very windy

and rainy conditions to capture the Tam O’ Shanter 2–day Golf Club Championship in Toronto on August 6 & 7 in the men’s division.
Playing under very difficult conditions, Amrit beat Ragner by 2 shots after trailing by 2 shots on the first day. Etwaroo finished with a 2-day score of 147 (75 + 72) beating Ragner 149 (73+76).
Amrit, who won the City Golf Championship last year, will be defending his title in Toronto on September 10.
