Lakeram Ramsundar overcame a field of 45 golfers to win the Canadian High Commissioner Farewell tournament played Wednesday at Lusignan Golf Course.
Ramsundar won of a countback from Ian Gouveia after both golfers shot net scores of 68.
Patrick Prashad was third with net 69.

Reigning Guyana Open champion Avinash Persaud had the best gross of 75.
Other prizes were given to Colin Ming who was Nearest to the Pin while Ronald Bulkan has the longest putt.
The outgoing Canadian High Commissioner, Francois Montour, said he totally enjoyed playing on the golf course during his tour of duty in Guyana.
He thanked members of the Lusignan Golf Club for welcoming him as a member of the club.
High Commissioner Montour who departs Saturday said he will have fond memories of Guyana.
LGC President Brian Hackett thanked the players for attending the tournament and expressed appreciation to members who organized the event. He said Montour has been a very active member during his stay in Guyana.
