If people believe that the end of fires is here they are sadly mistaken. There is going to be another not far from the heart of the city. Again the cause would be unknown.
However, arson would be suspected because the building is old and someone with greedy intentions would want the land. Fire would be used to extract the tenants.

Also high on the horizon would be another horrific road disaster. In fact, there is going to be similar road fatalities in the coming weeks because of the irresponsible nature of people.
In this case a speeding car, believed to have been stolen, would crash into another vehicle while it is trying to overtake.
The driver is not going to survive but this is not going to be the tragedy. It would be in the loss of innocent lives.

High waters in the rivers are going to pose a problem for some and will attract others. The result will be a loss of life because a boat would collide with a floating object.
Quick work by people in the vicinity would save many others from a watery grave.
