North Georgetown, Mae’s, St. Angela’s, St. Agnes into finals

North Georgetown, Mae’s, St. Angela’s and St. Agnes are all through to the finals of this year’s 14th Annual Primary School Windball Cricket Championships which continued recently, at the National Park.
In the Boys semi-finals-
North Georgetown defeated St. Ambrose by three runs.
Taking first strike, North Georgetown reached 68-4 off the allotted overs with Micheal Lynch 14, Denzil Gillis 13, Dwight Ferguson 13 and Jamal Crawford 12, being the principal scorers.
St. Ambrose replied with 65-2. Rondare Noel and Jural Bovell each hit 24.
Mae’s then beat Graham’s Hall by 23 runs.
Mae’s made 70-1, Jamal Glasgow 29, Dunte Da Silva 23.
Grahams Hall in reply was restricted to 47-3. Shelton Johnson 35, Dellon Springer 10. Tyree Clarke 2-8.
Earlier, in quarter final action-
Graham’s Hall eased past St. Angela’s by 25 runs.
Grahams Hall 55-4, Vickash Persaud 32, Shelton Johnson 19
Saint Angela’s in their turn at the crease could only muster 30-2. Johnny Marcus 12, Richard Rayside 12.
North Georgetown then beat Redeemer by eight wickets.
Redeemer 33-6, Elroy George 11
North Georgetown 39-2, Denzil Gills 11.
Mae’s defeated St. Agnes by 43 runs.
Mae’s compiled 66-2, Jamal Glasgow 23, Yonnick Fredricks 19.
Defending champions Saint Agnes 23-4.
Semi Finals Girls-
St. Angela’s beat four-time champions Mae’s by 10 wickets.
Mae’s made 42-0. Tiara Narain 24.
St. Angela’s in reply 44-0, Cherryann Fraser 20, Renata Hayley 10.
St. Agnes then defeated St. Anne’s by nine wickets.
St. Anne’s made 28-0, Chantel Simmons 19.
St. Agnes 29-1, Jada Joseph 18.
Earlier in the quarter-finals –
St. Agnes beat Graham’s Hall by eight wickets.
Graham’s Hall 28-3, Cassie Charles 13.
Defending girls champions St. Agnes reply with 33-2.
