ARMS Shotokan Karate Club hosts 7th examination
33 students successful at grading exercise
The Anna Regina Multilateral School Shotokan Karate Club, which opened its doors back in March 2009, recently held its 7th Grading exercise which has been deemed a resounding success.
Master Frank Woon-A-Tai, founder of the International Karate Daigaku (IKD), like he has been in the past, performed duties of examiner for 33 appreciative and dedicated students of the ARKC.
The examination results are: 2 students were promoted to 8 KYU; 4 students promoted to 7 KYU; 7 students promoted to 5 KYU; 10 students promoted to 4 KYU; 6 students promoted to 3 KYU; 4 students promoted to 2 KYU.
The persons credited with making it possible for Sensi Amir Khouri (5th Dan) to teach karate at Anna Regina are Cheronica Abdool and Ms. Virena Rasheed among others.
Special thanks are being extended to the parents who hosted Master Frank Woon-A-Tai, Sensei Amir Khouri and others.
Meanwhile, Anna Regina looks forward to the very near future when its senior students will become 1st Degree Black Belts.
