Every year there are warnings that people should avoid electrical wires, especially at this time. There are advisories that people should fly kites in open spaces. This time around there are people who would heed the advice, but there are the stupid ones who would do everything to get electrocuted.
A man is going to make an illegal connection because the previous one was removed by the authorities. He will pay because he would come into contact with a live wire.
Even the fact that a kite would actually become entangled in a power line and a youngster would risk getting it would pale in the face of this disaster.

The Bartica Regatta would be a spectacular with the races and the other events. But the community would be shocked by a robbery. Criminals from the city are going to visit the community and will take advantage of the lax security that people employ in the community.
The police are going to arrest two men as they try to escape and they will find some loot.

Big crimes occur when international artistes come. This time around the focus would be on communities outside the city where there is a reduced police presence.
In one case the criminals would fail to gain access to the house and would turn their attention to one next door.
Quick police action would thwart that robbery. But there is going to be a successful hit across the river where jewellery is the business.
