Doing business at the Licence Revenue Office is stressful

Dear Editor,
Permit me to explain some problem at the licence office. Doing any transcation at the licence office is really stressful. There is no system in place; year go year come the situation at the licence office gets worse.
An individual must come from Berbice or Essequibo or he cannot a get a simple transfer done.
Everything done is Georgetown, registering a vehicle sometimes takes two weeks of daily running. Why can Government not get separate offices for different transactions and put systems in place so that business can be done in a day.
It is not easy for people from afar to travel to the city everyday. Let the GRA office in each area transact business for the area,
People pay so much money in Customs duty. The transfer of vehicles should be done in each area. The licence office does not even have proper parking to accommodate lots of vehicles
