Criminal activity is on the increase and the society is worse off for it. In increasing numbers there is a group of young people who seem bent on getting money in any way. This is going to lead to a spate of criminal acts, some of them senseless.
In one case two young men are going to attack a business place despite the presence of a crowd and the likelihood of a police patrol being in the neighbourhood.
The escape would be a confusing affair with people running helter skelter because of gunshots. In the end one of the gunmen would be apprehended. It would turn out that he would be no more than a schoolboy.

A fire is going to demolish a homestead in a squatting area because of carelessness. The fire is going to be started by a man who in a fit of anger would lose all sense of reasoning.
