GASA Biennial General Meeting set for October
The Guyana Amateur Swimming Association (GASA) will convene their Biennial General Meeting on Saturday October 30, 2010 at Olympic House, 76 High Street, Georgetown from 14:00hrs.

Election of GASA Executive – Jan. 1, 2011 to Dec. 31, 2012
According to a GASA release, notice of motions and questions should be submitted in writing, to the Secretary, not later than 14:00hrs on Saturday, October 23, 2010. Nomination Forms must also be submitted by this date and time.
Each affiliate is entitled to appoint three (3) delegates to attend the meeting, each of whom will have the right to vote. Notification of such appointments must be submitted in writing, to the Secretary, at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled start of the meeting. All members of all affiliates are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting as observers.
