I did say that the police would score big after a robbery and they have because the future cannot change. However, there will be some shoddy investigation. Basic questions will not be asked and little help will be forthcoming from the Office of the DPP.
However, all will not be lost, because the relatives of the suspects will not be able to seek the kind of defence required.
But there is something else. The police will find that there is a cycle of violence. Suspects will be released on bail and will then have to go back to a life of crime to pay lawyers to defend them on the previous matter.

Another serious road accident will occur because of alcohol but this one will have a difference. One driver and his friends will be spooked by a car that would appear to be following them. They would suspect banditry and will attempt to speed away.
No one will know for certain but there will be a crash that would lead to a fatality.

An interesting matter will end up in court. A man will claim that his neighbour wants to hurt him over an old feud. The police will sit back until the man is hurt.
The difficulty will be in identifying the suspect. The police will detain the neighbour but not much else.
