Acting GCB President congratulates Bess
Acting President of the Guyana Cricket Board, Bissoon Singh, has offered congratulations to latest Guyanese West Indies Test player, Brandon Bess on his selection to the regional team.
The message reads; “May I, on behalf of the Guyana Cricket Board and the Guyanese cricketing public applaud your selection to the West Indies team and congratulate you on attaining the highest level in international cricket.
It is, for you, recognition of talent which you obviously possess and it is a fantastic opportunity to justify the selection and cement a more permanent place in the side by your outstanding performances.
Guyana is proud of the talent it has made available to West Indies cricket over the years, and the GCB has great confidence that you would maintain tradition and, by your performance at Kensington, keep the Golden Arrowhead fluttering proudly on the flagpole.
