The Guyana Legion Domino team won the Independence Domino competition played on Friday night at the Legion’s Coglan House Headquarters on Carifesta Avenue.
Playing against the Royals and NCN teams, the Legion chalked up 76 games, followed by Royals with 74 and NCN in the cellar at 56 games.
Top scorers were Michael Ross with 18 games and Winston Joseph on 16. There were 2 lovebirds in the competition. Trophies were donated by the Ministry of Sports, Youth and Culture, GNNL and Trophy Stall.
