PNCR MP Keith Scott suffers mild stroke
…expected out of hospital today
Shadow Housing and Water Minister, Leader of the National Front Alliance and PNCR Member of Parliament, Keith Scott, has suffered a mild stroke (cerebrovascular accident) and up to yesterday was resting at the Woodlands Hospital.

This newspaper was reliably informed that Scott suffered the stroke which attacked the right side of his body on Saturday and it has affected his speech.
He is not allowed visitors. When contacted his wife said that upon his release from the hospital he will issue a statement.
Scott was a founding member of the Working People’s Alliance (WPA) and later launched his own Party, the National Democratic Movement (NDM). This Party later merged with others to become the National Front Alliance (NFA). This later merged with the PNCR when the One Guyana faction was introduced.
