Thompson, Williams retuned as CCC President and Secretary
Cheryl Thompson
Cheryl Thompson was returned as President of the Continental Cycle Club (CCC) when that entity held their Annual General Meeting on Saturday last at their Lot 105 Duncan Street, Bel Air Park headquarters.
Gemma Williams was also returned as Secretary of the 14-member executive committee.
Following is the full list of executives that will serve for the next year.
President – Cheryl Thompson, First Vice President – Neil Fraser, Second Vice President – Wayne De Abreu, Third Vice President – Desmond Van Cooten, Secretary – Gemma Williams, Treasurer – Theodore Demonick, Assistant Secretary/Treasurer – Aubrey Gravesande, Organising Secretary – Cheryl Matthews-Jones, Committee Members – Raymond Perez, Debbie Perez, Joseph Perreira, Club Captain – Geron Williams, Deputy Club Captain – Enzo Matthews, Team Coach and Manager – Wayne De Abreu.
CCC said they will be working assiduously to improve the overall performances of their riders on and off the track in 2010.
To this end, at least two (2) workshops on “Team work and Attitude” will be held with the objective being to maintain discipline in the sport and promote camaraderie and team spirit amongst club members.
