Jagdeo awarded Honorary Doctorate
President Bharrat Jagdeo
The Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, bestowed President Bharrat Jagdeo with his honorary doctorate in the Kremlin, yesterday.
The institution is observing its 50th anniversary and President Jagdeo is among its most prominent students.
Here President Jagdeo displays the award which gives him he right to be addressed as Doctor.
