Dear Editor,
I wish to refer to an article entitled “Devious plot afoot to destroy the party” (Kaieteur News 23-01-10).
In the article the PNCR operatives have sought to explain away points raised in an ad in the newspapers which was critical of Mr. Corbin’s New Year’s Message. The advertisement pointed out that Mr. Corbin neglected to make mention of his own membership and supporters. In the explanation Mr. Williams said that the message was one directed to all Guyanese, hence there was no need to specifically mention the PNCR membership.
Why then did Mr. Corbin go out of his way to wish the PPP Leadership and its members? Clearly Mr. Williams, Ms Ally and the author of the message are of the belief that we the members and supporters are either illiterate or stupid.
It has been a long time since a circus has graced this dear land of ours, but we have just discovered that one is in full operation in Sophia, but not efficiently run.
Please Mr. Williams, Mr. Corbin and Ms Ally do not make manifest your degrees in clowning James Reese
