Bartica beat East Bank E’bo in lone Zone B fixture
Bartica defeated East Bank Essequibo by nine wickets as the Neal and Massy 40 overs nationwide cricket competition continued in Essequibo with one match in zone B. Played at Parika Salem, East Bank batted first and were all out for 68 in 26 overs. Left arm spinner Andrew Wong bagged 3-18, Robert Moore 2-5 and Andrew Williams 2-9 for Bartica who replied with 69-1 in 11 overs. Yusuf Khan top scored with 29 and Kenzo Baksh supported with 24.
