Conquerors and Camptown to clash for GFA Trix Under-17 title
Fruta Conquerors and Sunburst Camptown will clash in the final of the Georgetown Football Association Trix Under-17 tournament on Wednesday at the Tucville ground following results of the semi-finals yesterday.
Fruta Conquerors blew away Uprising 5-0, while Sunburst Camptown got the better of GFC by a 6-4 margin.
In the Conquerors game, Eon Alleyne (18), Travis Savory (27), Pernell Schultz (57), Eon Alleyne (66) and Devon Harvey (70) were the men on target.
In the more competitive encounter of the day, Sunburst Camptown through Akeem Moore in the 10, 77 minutes, Esan Archibald (25, 27) Romario Andrews (49) and Moses Adams (66) secured victory.
GFC responded through Shawn Barrow (15) and Lawrenso Duesbury with a hat-trick in the 32, 51, 69 minutes.
