Badminton team for Pan Am Jnr. Championships
The Guyana Badminton Association will send a team to the XVIII Pan American Junior Championships to be staged in Puerto Rico from August 17 to 23.
The players selected have been showing good progress in the Caribbean over the years and they will play in the Under-11, 13, 15 & 17 events.
The respective Age Group Champions are as follows: Nicholas Ali, Avian Rodrigues, Narayan Ramdhani, Andrew Peroune, and Priyanna Ramdhani. Golan Ramdhani is the Manager/Coach.
This is the first time Guyana is participating in this tournament and the manager has expressed the desire to see his charges excel. The Players are currently training on a daily basis.
