Nauth Motor Spares to face Floodlights XI in Unity SC fundraiser
The Floodlights A & B teams will head to Unity Village Mahaica tomorrow where they will be involved in two softball cricket matches to raise funds for the Unity Sports Club.
They will take on a Nauth Motor Spares squad and Unity Sports Club in two Twenty20 matches starting 10:00am.
A grand fun filled day is expected and there will be lots of food and drinks on sale and the game will be played regardless of weather. Both matches are being sponsored by Surendra Nauth, proprietor of Nauth Motor Spares of Unity Lancaster Mahaica.
Nauth Motor Spares squad: Dru Bahadur (capt), Surendra Nauth, Kieran Nauth, Khemraj Chanderpaul, Naim Chand, Rohit Ramphal, Dharam Ramphal, Mahadeo Dudnauth, Praduman Outar, Zameer Khan, Doodnauth Ramnarine, Mohan Singh, Randy Williams, Clifford Basdeo, Sheik Mohammed.
Unity Sports Club squad: Pooran Singh (capt), Hemraj Garbarran, Kevin Worrel, Kevin Kubeer, Sunil Dyal, Wazir Mohamed, Hemchand Durga, Vioyanand Harry, Kishan Singh, Imran Hassan, Colin Gorden, Jadesh Persaud, Jairam Persaud, Rishie Singh, Randy Ramotar.
The Floodlight teams will decide their squad tomorrow based on performances in their last four Friday night matches.
