The Report on Minorities done by Ms Gay McDougal has brought fire from the governmental side, as well as from those supportive of the Report.

Both sides are operating in the same paradigm and realities are escaping them. May I suggest that proponents from both sides read Professor Accabre Nkofi’s small but penetrating booklet, The Rebirth of the Blackman.

A copy of this booklet should also be sent to Ms McDougal via the UNDP’s office. The Rebirth of the Blackman would lead them to a constructive grasp of the Black Reality.
