JPs support Justice Prem Persaud as head arbiter

The Guyana Justices of the Peace and Commissioners of Oaths to Affidavits Association fully supports Justice Prem Persaud’s appointment on the Arbitration panel to solve the wages dispute between the City Council and the Union (GLU).
His vast experience in previous tribunals would be very helpful to bring the impasse to a satisfactory closure to all parties involved.
We eagerly await the outcome of the sittings, which we are confident would be in the best interest of all.
