The last of the electrocutions for this year will occur east of the city and this will not be a judicial execution. It is amazing that of all the dangerous things people treat electricity as though it is water.
The unfortunate thing here is that the person would be a child and the parents would wail, not realizing that they were the ones who imported death into their lives. There is going to be the standard investigation and of course, the silence about the results.

Another gun crime will be committed in the city and of course the police would be too late because they would be directed to the wrong address.
They would, however, arrest one of the perpetrators because people are fed up and they will talk. This is going to have its own implications but the community is going to say that whatever they did was worth the effort.

The season of vehicular accidents would return and many of them would happen in the dead of night because that is when alcohol tends to affect motorists and pedestrians more than ever.
In this case a car and a truck would collide on the eastern corridor with near fatal consequences. But there is also going to be a crash that would see one vehicle ending up in a waterway. Death by drowning can be horrible.
