Unidentified man found dead on Madewini road
Police are trying to ascertain the identity of a man whose body was found at about 03:00hrs yesterday on the main road at Madewini, Linden/Soesdyke Highway.
According to a police release, the body had injuries to the head and feet.
The deceased, who was clad in a blue short pants and a blue and white armless jersey, is of mixed race, about 50 years of age, dark in complexion, medium build, and about 5 feet 6 inches tall.
The body is at the Lyken Funeral Home.
Police are asking persons with information about the victim to contact them on telephone numbers 225-6411, 225-2227, 226-6978, 225-6941, 227-1149, 227-2128, 261-2222, 911 or the nearest station.
