Twenty-two-year-old Floyd George was yesterday seriously injured when a car collided with the motorcycle he was riding.
Investigators examining the accident scene
The accident occurred at around 16:00hours at the junction of Camp and Lamaha Streets.
George, of Lot 65 North Sophia, suffered severe injuries to his right leg and other injuries about his body. One of the bones in his leg was broken and protruding.
This newspaper understands George was riding his motorcycle, CF 433, when he was struck by the car.
He was taken to the Georgetown Public Hospital bleeding profusely, and was admitted.
