Race walkers vie for top honours
Race walkers will contest for honours this morning when the Cavaliers Sports and Tour Club stages a race walk in commemoration of the Amerindian Heritage month.
The race commences from the Kitty Pump Station, Kitty Seawall at 06:30hrs and proceed to the Umana Yana, High Street for the finish.
The event is open to participants in the male/female seniors, juveniles and veterans. Trophies and other prizes are at stake. All participants are urged to be at the starting line by 06:00hrs.
