Leonora MYO to run off cricket competition
The Leonora Muslim Youth Organisation in association with Guyana Softball League will be running off a inter-Jamaat Four team 15-over Softball Cricket Competition at the Leonora Masjid Ground on Sunday August 10.
The trophies and balls for the competition has been donated by West Indian Sports Complex.
Teams taking part will be Meten-Meer-Zorg, Uitvlugt, Cornelia Ida and Leonora Masjids. Starting time will be 9:30 am.
This event is part of the Guyana Softball League’s quest to develop the game of softball. All the teams taking part are asked to make contact with the Leonora Muslim Youth Organisation for more information.
