If anyone can, it’s Ramkarran
DEAR EDITOR,
I read with both interest and hope Peeping Tom’s article in Kaieteur News (17-07-08).
When I entered politics and joined the PNC in 1996, it was not to make that Party a better party; it was to make Guyana a better place.
As I look to the horizon, at the future leaders of this country, I can see no match for Ralph Ramkarran, who comes with pedigree and stature. He is principled, honest and democratic, with across the board appeal.
Let me say this much: were Ralph Ramkarran to throw his hat in the ring and become the presidential candidate for the PPP, I and thousands more like me would join the effort to get him elected.
It is time we focus on a leader who can unite our people and bring prosperity to all. I believe if anyone can, Ralph Ramkarran can.
