AK-47 rifle, ammo found near Unamco Road
A Joint Services team has found an AK-47 assault rifle and some 400 matching rounds buried near the Unamco Road.
Police officials said that the team, acting on information, located the weapon and ammunition at around 15:00 hrs yesterday.
One police source said that the weapon was discovered during a routine search. Another said that a prisoner provided the information.
