Terrence Frank of Lot 86 Samatta Point Grove, East Bank Demerara, is charged with manslaughter, contrary to Section 94 of the Criminal Law (Offences) Act, Chapter 8:01, in relation to the death of Roberto Grant called ‘Kayan’.
He appeared on Thursday at the Wales Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Renita Singh where the charge was read to him. He was not required to plead and was granted $500,000 bail. The matter was adjourned to March 10.
