Meanwhile, at LBI East Coast handed Upper Demerara Cricket Association a 9-wicket defeat, after keeping the latter to 102 all out.
Nathan Bishop (33) and Tyric Henry (25) shared a middle-order half-century stand but nothing else came from the young team.
Bowling for East Coast was led by their captain, left-arm spinner, Arun Gainda, who bagged 4-20, finding help from left-arm pacer, Vijai Kalpu (2-14), and spinner, Kaylon Callendar (2-23).
East Coast opener, Yannick Newton, hammered an unbeaten 51 (7x4s, 2x6s) with support from Munesh Outar (23).
Seamer Ragubeer (1-40) was the lone wicket-taker for Upper Demerara. Following the presentation ceremony, Ram copped the Most Runs award with 192 runs as well as the MVP award for his 8 wickets, ending a fantastic tournament.
Meanwhile, East Coast skipper Gainda finished with 13 wickets to bag the leading wicket-taker award.
