Dear Editor,
The revelation by the Minister that funds were being repaid in that online university debacle involving the local entity, while pleasing, somehow sounded hollow. How much was the sum involved, and when did repayments commence? No details of this was provided.
It was stated the remainder will be remitted very soon, very shortly. Saying things to keep the heat off can be perceived as not being upfront.
Regards,
Shamshun Mohamed
