Quash the elections?
Dear Editor,
Imagine calling for a recount which was granted, but because it did not impact your numbers, you now calling for elections to be quashed and a forensic audit to be done (Demerarawaves September 5). Is this the best CP [Congress Place] can come up with?
How pathetic!
The entire process, including recount, has elements of forensic auditing.
Has GECOM the authority to abort or cancel an election? Isn’t this the remit of the court?
Someone once told a candidate take your licks like a man.
Are we heading for another five months?
