Bids opened for new teaching block for Tutorial High School

Kaieteur News – The Ministry of Education has received 18 bids for the construction of a new teaching block at the Tutorial High School.

This is according to information provided by the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB).

The ministry has been building teaching blocks at a number of schools, seeking to provide more space and modern amenities to support the growing needs of the student population. Undertaking similar projects at other schools, some teaching blocks will include more classrooms, laboratories, a library, canteen, and multi-purpose halls, among other things.

The ministry also tendered for rehabilitation works at the St. Pius Primary School, Bel Air Primary, West Ruimveldt Primary, and extension of Bel Air Nursery School.
