Dear Editor,
I wish to welcome Vice President Jagdeo back to Guyana. It will appear he was away for the past five (5) years as he is now telling us about procurement skullduggery, shabby contract work, mismanagement and incompetence at GPL, and a host of other ills.
This cannot be the same Dr. Jagdeo who appointed persons in many of the positions over the past five (5) years. Lawlessness at NPTAB, Public Procurement Commission, among other places. The boards of GPL and all state organizations and commissions are made up of families, friends and cronies and the head of GPL is family.
So, please stop trying to fool the public Mr. VP. It won’t work.
