OFAC clarification a win for those affected
Dear Editor,
The dates keep shifting for the official release of elections results. The latest now being September 3. Why the constant shifting? Results are counted and posted at each polling station. Granted there might be some hiccups in getting results in but is that new time span for release really appropriate?
As an aside: Now that OFAC has clarified and that is out of the way, would the closed bank accounts be reinstated to pre-closure status and benefits? This ruling should also apply to the severed employee(s)?
The OFAC determination has to be seen as a win for those affected.
