Pork-knocker remanded for manslaughter

Kaieteur News – Twenty-one-year-old Kenneth Junior Douglas, who was wanted by police for the murder of Prince Howell back in April, was on Monday remanded for manslaughter.
Douglas, a pork-knocker from Bladen Hall Squatting Area, East Coast Demerara (ECD), was arrested last Friday and was hauled before Magistrate Sunil Scarce at the Vigilance Magistrates’ Court.
He was not required to plead to the indictable charge and was subsequently remanded. The matter was adjourned to August 15, 2025.
