Kaieteur News – Twenty-nine-year-old Osafo Collins called ‘Blackboy’ of Victoria Village, ECD, was charged on Wednesday with sexual assault when he appeared at the Cove and John Magistrate’s Court.
Collins a 29-year-old Plumber was arrested by a rank from the Cove and John Police Station and charged. The charge was laid Contrary to Section 4(a)(1) of the Sexual Offences Act, Chapter 8:03. He appeared at the Cove and John Magistrate Court before Her Worship Orinthia Schmidt, where the charge was read to him. He pleaded not guilty and was placed on $50,000 bail. The matter was adjourned to 30th July 2025 for statements.
