Construction worker on $200,000 bail for armed robbery
Accused: Eman Mohamed
Kaieteur News – A 23-year-old construction worker, on Friday, was released on $200,000 bail for an alleged armed robbery.
Eman Mohamed of Mon Repos, East Coast Demerara, appeared at the Sparendaam Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Abigail Gibbs.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge which alleged that on June 23, 2025 at Martyrs Ville Squatting Area, Mon Repos, ECD, he, being armed with a knife, robbed 20-year-old Kevin James.
Magistrate Gibbs granted Mohamed bail and the matter was adjourned for July 31, 2025.
