Travon Barker is the owner of KeyNote Production and an accomplished photographer known for his versatile portfolio, which spans both news and event photography. As the proprietor of Keynote Production, Travon has made substantial contributions to video documentaries and provided footage to numerous regional and international news outlets.
Over the years, Travon has meticulously built a repository of professional images, capturing significant moments such as official meetings, conferences, and large-scale exhibitions. In 2023, he earned recognition as one of a select few photographers who documented the visit of United States Secretary of State Anthony Blinken to Guyana. His photographs were widely used by esteemed publications, including the Associated Press, Loop Caribbean, and the Miami Herald.
Travon has also covered significant events such as the CARICOM Heads of Government meetings, openings and sessions of the Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association Annual meetings, and meetings of prominent companies, including the Demerara Distillers Limited.
Travon’s work has left an indelible mark in the world of photography, with appearances in business magazines and investment guides. His creative vision and expertise have not only received recognition but have also enriched the visual storytelling landscape.
