One Guyana President’s Softball Cup set for tomorrow at Tuschen
Kaieteur Sports – Region Three Softball Cricket League will be hosting the One Guyana President’s Cup tomorrow, Sunday at Tuschen, East Bank Essequibo. The competition involves teams from East Bank Essequibo, Leguan and Wakenaam combined, West Bank Demerara and West Coast Demerara and action will bowl off at 09:00hrs.
Dubbed the 50/50, teams will be allotted five 10-ball overs which must be completed in 50 minutes, failure will see penalties apply.
Five officials will be used per game, including a third umpire, while teams will be given 30 minutes grace period. Only round arm bowling will be permitted. Lots of prizes will be up for grabs while fans can win Telco cell phones.
