Bartica man charged for causing child to watch sexual act
Kaieteur News – A Bartica man was on Monday granted bail in the sum of $150,000 after he was charged with causing a child to watch a sexual act.
Granted bail: Kurt Spencer
The accused appeared at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Crystal Lambert, where the charge was read to him. It is alleged that on February 24, 2023, Kurt Spencer, a 45-year-old mason of Bartica, caused a 12-year-old child to watch a sexual act.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge and was granted bail in the sum of $150,000. The accused will make his next court appearance on November 15, 2023.
