Kaieteur Sports – Two matches were completed when play continued in the Berbice Football Association (BFA) men’s league.
The games were played at the Rosignol Community Ground, West Bank Berbice where incidentally all the games are being played.
In the games that were played, Cougars and Paradise Invaders played to a 2-2 draw. Cougars might have only themselves to blame after holding a 2-0 lead for 80 minutes of the encounter.
A double off the boot of Dexter Welcome in the 6th and 57th minutes gave Cougars a comfortable lead deep into the second half. Paradise however held their nerves and clawed their way back through a double by Quincy Aulder in the 80th and 92nd minutes to earn the draw.
In another game, home team Rosignol United and Monedderlust Football Club played to a nil all draw in their affair.
The competition is continuing.
