And when yuh run into dem on de road, is like dem suffering from amnesia. Dem does bring up any and every topic under de sun, except dat dem owe yuh money. Dem borrowers who don’t like repay should tek up acting because de performance dem does put on would win dem an Oscar.
And when yuh ask dem fuh yuh money, dem does vex. And dem does gat and even sadder story fuh tell. Dat is why dem boys does gat fuh play a role.
Once dem boys suspect dat somebody come to dem fuh borrow money, dem boys does ask dem fuss fuh a loan before dem ask dem boys fuh a loan.
It remind dem boys of a story about a lady who went to her uncle fuh borrow some money. She told him how she wanted the money to pay she rent. De uncle told her to give him some time to think about it and he would call her.
Before he could, he received a call from de lady’s father, who warned him not to give her any money since she wanted it to use fuh bail money fuh her boyfriend.
But de uncle still called de lady and told her to come and collect the money. She did.
About two hours after she called him from the police station, claiming that she was locked up and asking him how he could give her counterfeit money.
Talk half. Leff half!
