Dem Boys Seh…
Kaieteur News – No matter how hard things are in Guyana, the fun and laughs never cease. Everyday something does happen fuh cause we fuh laugh and forget we worries.
Deh gat some people who nah know when de time come for them to move on. Even when dem decide fuh move on, dem does find it difficult to move off.
We now reading about a story about a man who dem might gat to prise out of he office. He successor waiting fuh come in but de keys nah hand over as yet. Like de man claiming rights to de key ring. And de authorities getting worried as to whether de lock gan change before de keys hand over.
Somebody hear de man singing aloud, “Let me stay a little longer, just a little longer.” We might gat to call Pompeo fuh ask dis man fuh step outside.
When yuh time come fuh move on, yuh gat to move on and move off and move out. Don’t stick around because it nah gan be fun. Nah overstay yuh welcome. Pack yuh bags and move on. De show is over. It was nice while it lasted. But all good things must come to an end.
Nah confuse’ exit’ with ‘extra-tenure’. Remember when it is time to leave, de shortest route is through de front door. Embrace de next chapter in life and nah hoard or hold on to de past.
Change is inevitable in life. Hand over de keys and go write yuh memoirs. Time up!
Talk half. Leff half.
