Shamar Yearwood (29), Ravaldo Phillips (20) Rampertab Ramnauth (16) continued to gather some runs, while Mavindra Dindyal (18) capped off the batting.
Trinidad bowlers were slightly efficient as Andrew Rambaran starred with 4-27 while Joshua Davis shipped in with Ronilister Pereira Chipped in with stingy figures of 3-8.
In reply the Twin Island Republic team Justin Jaggesar (31), Kyle Ramdoo (37), Rajeev Ramnath (21) led the run chase but the rain stalled action with T&T needing just 11 runs. T&T
Guyana’s Jeremy Sandia was consistent for yet another game, grabbing 2-35 from his 10 overs but not much could come from Guyana’s star bowling line-up.
The competition continues Thursday.
