John Macedo re-elected as Mayor of Lethem
Kaieteur News – John Macedo was on Thursday morning re-elected to serve as the Mayor of Lethem, Region Nine (Upper Takatu-Essequibo).

New Lethem Town Council
Indeera Singh was elected as Deputy Mayor.
The swearing in ceremony was done at the Regional Democratic Council (RDC) Boardroom. Several newly elected Councillors were also sworn in. The members of the 3rd Municipal Council are: John Macedo, Indeera Singh, Jason Wilson, Fitzgerald Singh, Megan Thomas, Andreza Do Nasimento, Gerard Ryan Alcides, Keith Aubrey Anthony, Ronaldo Del Boston and Sharon Nooraihan Malcolm.
