60 new COVID-19 cases recorded
Kaieteur News – The Ministry of Health on Saturday recorded 60 new COVID-19 infections.
The Ministry in its COVID-19 dashboard revealed that there are two persons in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). According to the dashboard, there are 16 new cases in Region Two, 7 in Region Three, 22 in Region Four, two in Region Five, 11 in Region Six and two in Region 10.
The number of persons in institutional care is 987 while the number of deaths remains 1239.
Of note, the Ministry has recorded 63,548 recoveries to date.
