$29M estimated to construct admin. building at Botanical Gardens
Kaieteur News – The National Parks Commission is looking to construct an administrative building at the Botanical Gardens for an estimated cost of $29 million.
During the opening of tenders on Thursday, it was revealed that 12 contractors had submitted bids to the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) office for the project.
Bids were also opened for the construction of a security and bond building for the Protected Areas Commission, a project estimated to cost $10 million and supervision services for the construction of a multi-purpose building and bond, a project being undertaken by the Office of the Prime Minister.

Ministry of Education
Supply, delivery, installation and testing of equipment – Department of Education for Lots 1 to 3
Supply, delivery and testing of equipment – Queen’s College
Supply and delivery of digital antenna systems – NCERD
Office of the Prime Minister
Supervision services for the construction of multi-purpose building and bond
Bureau of Statistics
Procure the service of a Public Relation Firm
National Parks Commission
Construction of Botanical Gardens Administrative building
Protected Areas Commission
Construction of security and operation building
