Dear Editor,
Good day, I’m from Mabaruma, Region # 1.
I noticed you guys carried a story about Digicel’s poor service in Region 7. People of Mabaruma are facing the same struggles. For the past week calls haven’t been going through and if you manage to get through the calls are breaking up, etc.
As it relates to the “4G/LTE” internet service, it’s horrible! I’m preparing to attend online classes (GOAL Scholarship) the speeds are super slow! I don’t know how I’m going to make out with my classes and Digicel is the only source of internet, 4G internet speeds should be about 25Mbps, at any given time when I do speed tests I would normally get between 600Kbps to 1.5Mbps. Every month I would normally put on a Prime Plan, most time I can’t even watch YouTube videos.
I really hope our problems can be highlighted like those in Region 7.
